Our story

Why we started FPM

FPM was founded by three people who had seen, from different sides of the industry, how impersonal property management had become. We wanted to build the opposite: a firm small enough to know every owner by name, and rigorous enough to be trusted with their most valuable asset.

Between us we combine deep local property expertise and an international service background. That mix shapes how we work - precise on the operational detail, attentive on the human side.

Bela Cohn-Bendit

Co-founder & Managing Director

Bela has spent over ten years in property management, overseeing facility management and coordinating the tradespeople who keep buildings running. He pairs a remarkable memory for detail with a real gift for building relationships, which is why our network of contractors genuinely likes working with us. When something needs doing, Bela already knows what to do or whom to call.

Camille Cassin

Co-founder

Camille leads operations, documentation and the coordination behind every mandate - notaries, tax advisors, contractors. Shaped by years inside a family business, she is precise, structured and fluent in four languages. She is the owner's direct point of contact: someone who listens, understands what is really being asked, and keeps every file ready and every question answered.

Alexandra Coorssen

Co-founder

Alexandra brings five years from a leading luxury hotel group, where anticipating a guest's needs before they were voiced was simply the standard. She applies that same instinct to property owners, leading sales, communication and day-to-day operations. Attentive, responsive and genuinely invested, she makes sure every owner feels looked after, not just managed.
