FP Management UG was founded on a simple conviction: property management in Frankfurt deserved to be better - more personal, more transparent, and genuinely multilingual. We deliberately keep our portfolio small so every owner gets a named contact, not a ticket number.
We believe property deserves trust, clarity and continuity. That is why we work with clearly defined processes, document every decision transparently, and communicate proactively - before small issues become large ones.
We manage properties the way we would want our own managed. That means a named manager for every property, monthly financial reports with nothing hidden, contractor invoices passed on at cost without mark-up, and a 24-hour response commitment to both owners and tenants.
Our office is in Frankfurt Nordend. We are registered at the Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main (HRB 142979) and carry Vermögensschadenshaftpflicht insurance of 500,000 EUR through Hiscox. We operate in full compliance with GDPR, WEG law (2020 reform), and BGB tenancy law.
